Black Ops is a great pre-workout supplement for increased performance capacity, whilst Thermo Detonator is suited for endurance and sustained energy throughout the day.
Can you stack Black Ops alongside Thermo Detonator or .50 Calibre?
Yes, if stacking both products together we recommend you replace 1 serving (2 capsules) of Black Ops during the day with 1 serving of Thermo Detonator (2 capsules) or .50 Calibre.
What exercises should you be doing to ensure the best performance whilst using Black Ops?
As Black Ops works best for delivering short duration energy boosts, supplementing prior to HIIT workouts may be beneficial!

How long to use Black Ops for?
There is no cut off point with regard to how long you can use Black Ops but you may want to take 2 weeks off the product for every 6 to 8 weeks you’re on it to maximise the effects of our active ingredients!
