Returns
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, or a damaged item, please contact us immediately either by email to info@protaminonutrition.com or by telephone on 0044 (0)28 4065 0500 . We will then advise on the required procedure to organise return / replacement of the item(s).
For damaged items, we will require images to enable us to replace or refund. Do not dispose of damaged items until instructed by us to do so.
You must notify us of incorrect or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Please check your order confirmation to check if the item was shipped. In some cases we may have no stock of the product, however we will notifiy you of this upon shipping.
